My four-year old daughter, Maya, cried big crocodile tears when she realized that she couldn’t come with me to take photos of her preschool teacher from last year. I was a little sad when I saw how much she wanted to go and take “pitchers” with Mama. If I didn’t have a few sessions directly after this, she might have been able to come on her first photo adventure with me. And although I think she was pretty sad to not take photos, I think the real issue was that she really wanted to be there with her former teacher. She told me later that next time I can go take photos of Daddy and Noah and Miss Julie can come over and baby her sit with her :). She’s a smart one!
