I think that every time I’ve looked through these photos, I find myself smiling ear to ear with a grin. Almost to the same effect that I do when I am home alone watching a chick-flick. You know what I mean, the moment when someone (in my case, my husband) walks into the room and finds you all alone watching a movie and grinning like a big cheese ball with no one else around. Please tell me that this has happened to you too… I cannot be alone. And if it hasn’t, maybe you should. It’s the stuff that makes the world go round.
So back to this wedding that was back in (ahem) March (yes, I decided it’s better late than never — it’s just too pretty to pass up. I have more coming too, so just wait. You’re about to be blasted with some #tbt weddings that I have yet to blog from this year!). It was gorgeous. They were gorgeous. The day was gorgeous. I don’t think that I’ve ever worked with a bride that is as sweet and calm as Amanda. She’s the type of person that sincerely lights up a room. Everyone is drawn to her and she is really good at loving people. And her chemistry with Tyler is amazing. He brings a bit of charm, humor and honesty that compliments her perfectly and their passion for the Lord is something that is evident and beautiful. They are truly blessed by one another and I am confident that their marriage will be blessed because of it.
I loved Amanda’s details of her day. Sweet, simple with a touch of sophistication.
And those shoes, yes? I love the pop of blue.
Every moment getting ready evoked so much emotion from the whole room. Each step made everything more and more exciting.. can you tell how happy this girl is??
Breathtaking.
Amanda chose to do a first look with her Daddy before she saw Tyler.
Could I have asked for more beautiful bridesmaids? I think no.
I love, love, love.
Amanda has the BEST happy faces :).
My second shooter, Carrie, did a great job capturing the guys getting ready.
Too funny :).
Hello, Mr. Dapper. Can we say good looking groom?
Oh my gosh, these guys were hilarious!!! I LOVE it when the groomsmen let loose and have fun with their photos.
YES. The socks were my fave.
The reception at the Regale! at DC Ranch was beautiful.
Such a beautiful moment of Tyler seeing his bride walk down the aisle.
This was one of my most absolute favorite moments of the entire day. Maybe one of my favorite wedding photos to date. While everyone was praying, these two just couldn’t help but look up at each other.
Another favorite shot.
The Market Street at DC Ranch has so many fun nooks and crannies to shoot.. including this bridge! How fun is this bridal party?
Such a beautiful wedding in the Arizona Desert.
Such a gentleman.
This game is NEVER disappointing!
Congratulations again, Tyler and Amanda!!! It was such an honor to photograph your day!!!! xoxo
