I know I am a couple months behind on posting anything on here! I’m so sorry! Life has been slightly crazy…GREAT, but crazy! Jenny Spires Photography still exists, I swear!!!!
So let me catch you up a bit. The holidays were wonderful! Derrick and I spent a cozy Christmas and New Years here in Phoenix on our own this year. Praise the Lord for web cams that helped in feel like we were with family! The weather got slightly chilly for Arizona and it felt a bit like winter too! My (other) job has been fabulous, other than pulling my back out. I was literally down and out on the couch for a week! I’ve since found out it is a hip issue, so I’m well again and spending lots of physical therapy getting even better!
I’m so excited for 2008! It’s officially the second year I’ve been in business with photography and I have so many changes and plans to come. I also wanted to let you all know that with exciting new changes comes some new products and prices this year. I know, I know. The prices aren’t so exciting, but it just means that everything is getting bigger and better. For those of you who were expecting to book under my current prices, you still can! I’ll be offering the same rates if you book by February 15th. That means, you can book anything in 2008 with the current prices..so don’t waste time getting a hold of me!
I’m also looking forward to more frequent posts and getting a little bit more personal on this blog! That means that for those of you who have read my other personal blog on Xanga for the last few years, I’ll still be there from time to time, but I’m moving on over to this one for now. With everything going on, it’s been a bit harder to post on two blogs (hence the lack of posts if you didn’t notice). With that, I invite you all to leave comments at the end of each post. Don’t be afraid!!! It’s pretty easy…just click the leave a comment at the end. Feel free to comment or ask questions or whatever you like. Just remember to be nice to me, cause I can delete anything you leave :c)! That also means being courteous about the people in the photos I shoot.
Also watch out for other new things this year! A new website is coming, products, and I’m even second shooting for a few weddings soon!!! So exciting!
For now, however, I will indeed leave you with a session I did in November! I know that seems like forever ago…but I can’t stand to leave anything out! You’ll notice these kiddos from last summer..and I came armed with ammunition this time. Enjoy!
