It’s six months picture time! I’ve had the honor of photographing this gorgeous family from maternity, newborn and now six months! I love seeing the progression of Sophia’s growth. She’s such a beautiful baby! Between she and Jaclyn (from the last post), I’m pretty spoiled..I have to admit. I love photographing the two of them!
I love Marcie’s face in this next one. How Jared is in awe of his little girl.
Don’t you just love the look on her face in this one? She wasn’t quite sure what was going on yet. We sat her in the middle of a walkway in the backyard and held a blanket over her head. Think she was a bit confused!
Her eyes were a mystery..it all depended on the light! Most of the time they were very blue..but some came out green! Who knows?
Maybe I will pick this flower thing right now…… the next shot was definitely of Sophia trying to eat the flower. Didn’t think I needed to post that 🙂

I love how this pose is reminiscent of the last shoot we did. Aren’t they the cutest family ever?? (Ok, ok. You got me. I totally think all of my families are the cutest families ever!)
I took a peak around the side of the house and I fell in love with the light. As soon as I saw the pile of bricks on the side of the wall, I knew I had to shoot there. I’m pretty sure when I asked Marcie if I could put Sophia there, she thought I was crazy. Stick her baby in a pile of weeds and rubble? I’m so glad you trusted me, Marcie, because these are my favorite shots!
