Baby Cole // Newborn Session

OH sweet golly do I love newborn sessions. Like, these have pretty much captured my heart. The lifestyle approach to photographing them reflects so much of the emotion and delicate little moments those first few days after baby is born. I love the unposed, in-between, raw moments that happen. I love the nursery decor, and the baby lips, the nursing mamas, adoring (or avoiding in this case) big brothers and sisters, the tired kisses and sweet baby smells and gurgles that happen in the time I’m photographing everything.

This dark-haired boy is the little brother to this guy, a session I photographed right after I moved to Indiana. I love seeing my clients grow up!
