Stephanie and I met only two short months after I moved to Arizona (from Indiana–I’ve since moved back this past year) in 2005. Our story together with photography and friendship travels way back to then (Steph….seriously, 9 years??!). I can hardly believe that we have known each other so long. Since then we’ve become comrades in business, watched our families grow from us being single girls all the way to marriage and now babies (our little boys are just a couple weeks apart). We can talk about anything from which girl Juan Pablo should choose (the Bachelor) to deep rooted conversations involving our faith.
And have I mentioned how incredible she is at photography (Stephanie photographed our engagement way back when she was still in college just starting her business. It’s been amazing watching her grow!)? I’ve learned so much from this girl. And LOVE that we can share our gifts and swap some photo shoots every now and then :). It’s such a blessing to have someone in the same business that we can share so many different aspects of our lives together too :).
