Scarves wrapped a little more snugly. Leather boots instead of the wedges from summer, which only seems two minutes ago. Extra layers of soft sweaters. Welcome to fall. I realize that most of the rest of the country has been experiencing these things for a month or two longer than us Westerners out in Arizona. And I also realize that we can barely stand waiting for just the right chill that we actually need to be dressing to stay warmer. We force it a little, but let’s face it. It’s fall. It’s November, for goodness sakes. And whether it be ninety degrees or forty, you will find us in our layers anyway. And I’m glad, because I’m quite a sucker for all of these staples and fashion trends. They always add a little extra in the details for the photo’s sake.
And this family could not possibly be any cuter in our almost chilly weather a couple of weeks ago. And we even brought a little Arizona to our look with our run down, adobe style building and the glowing mountains behind us. They were gorgeous to photograph, seriously beautiful. And they were the kind of family that I left feeling like I was leaving good friends after hanging out for a while. My favorite kind.
Thank you for a fabulous evening, Blair Family!! xoxo
