WHAT DO YOU SHOOT WITH?
Nikon D300 My primary camera for all shoots. Unless I go ninja style with a camera in both hands (pretty much reserved only for the bride coming down the aisle), I only use this bad boy!
Nikon D80 My back up camera.
WHAT LENSES/LIGHTING DO YOU USE?
I’ve narrowed down and cleaned out my bag for the stuff I have found use all the time.
Nikkor 17-55 2.8 This lens is on my camera a good 80% of the time. It’s very versatile and works great for indoors and outdoors.
Nikkor 85 1.8 I started with this lens and now usually only use it for the wedding ceremony. It’s nice and tight and great for low light.
Nikkor 50 1.4 The newest to my bag and still getting used to it. Awesome bokeh and great low light. Use it for a lot of portraits.
Nikkor 28-105 3.5 This guy doesn’t usually even make it to my bag, but I will occasionally use it for micro shots when I need it. It will probably be replaced in the near future!
Nikon SB-800 Fantastic Speedlight that is super-ultra fast!
SanDisk Extreme IV Compact Flash Card I use a boat load of these bad boys and haven’t had one fail me yet. Love them!
