I just had an amazing opportunity to go to the Free to Succeed Tour that was put on by the fabulous David Jay and Jasmine Star! The two of them are both very successful photographers that have decided to share their amazing-ness (it's totally a word, right?) with all of the rest of us so that we can also succeed in this crazy, beautiful, wonderful journey of photography.
I've definitely blog-stalked and learned an incredible amount from both Jasmine and DJ over the past year and have loved being able to meet them both. They brought to the table a sense of vulnerability and willingness to share pieces of themselves not only as business people and photographers, but as real people who want to teach and help others to succeed. I scratched away at my notes not wanting to miss a detail–allowing their words to teach me how to build success in my life, not just my business.
I also got a chance to check out some ah-mazing new products that I am dying to introduce and meet some other incredible photographers! So much fun!!!!
So watch me grow and succeed, I dare you.
