Oh sweet friends of mine.

If you’ve followed along the last few blogs, you have figured out that my family has moved to Indiana! It’s been a roller coaster of a few months for us, but we are finally settling in. We’ve found a house to rent while we figure out where we’d like to live long term. I  definitely feel like I’m finally getting back into the groove of things and with that comes a blog post! Finally, eh? I’ve had a few weddings and several shoots since I’ve last shown something on here and I figure I better put something up if I want to keep it alive :).

This shoot is of some of my dearest friends from Scottsdale, AZ. We did it before I left and on my last trip back (yep, I’ve already been back to shoot a wedding and a couple of other things) we shot their newborn session of this sweet baby as well. My heart has been blessed by these amazing people. I miss my friendship and baby-raising comrade with Jaime quite a bit. But, even though we are away, I know that I have have friendships for such a long time with them regardless.

Working on these definitely made me miss the desert!!

I had my little family along with us on this shoot, which is something I don’t normally do because it is near impossible to get anything done. Miss Maya and Grant are quite little friends and I think she spruced him up for a few photos with a little lovin’! They are way too cute.

He was quite giddy after that kiss ;).
