…one of the posts that I should have put up a while ago during my blog disappearance of 2008. If you've been on my facebook, you've seen them there, but I have neglected to post here. I know, I stink.
Anywho, I met the Anderson family last summer when they were candidating to pastor my church. When I heard that they went to Anderson University (which we had both attended) and knew about 50 thousand of the same people I knew, I knew I liked them :). I chatted with Robin a bit on facebook before we ever met and felt like I had known her for years. They were instant friends and I feel way beyond blessed to have their family in my life. I know this is a family that I will always hold dear and I'm so glad that God has brought them, ever so faithfully, to Arizona. Thank you, Anderson's, for listening and obediently following God on this journey… and thanks for letting me take your photos!!!
We headed to Old Town Scottsdale to get a little bit of a Western/Desert feel for their shoot. We wanted to reflect their new surroundings after their move from Oklahoma.
Love these boys.
How cute is Calvin? This is so 'little boy' to me.
This ended up being one of my favorite photos for whatever reason. It's funny how the random ones always stick out to me. It's so unplanned, unposed.. and who knows what the boys were doing, but that's what I love about it.
I liked how they had their morning coffee in this.. even Calvin or Connor? had their hot chocolate too. Keepin it real.
Dey wuv each udder.
And that's dad making fun of dem wuvving each udder. So funny.
Isn't Robin hot? 🙂 I searched far and wide for suitcases for their shoot. Thanks Jamie for letting me borrow this! I wanted to reflect the 'moving' aspect with it!
Another 'moving' shot. So fun!!!
Thanks Anderson's! Love you guys!
